Service and Support

Before Delivery:

After you finish the payment, pls send us payment copy. We will let our warehouse staffs double-check the quality, as well as test the scanner before delivery, to ensure everything is working correctly. Then it will be safely packed and dispatched to your receiving address.


During Transportation:

Usually the parcel will be delivered by express company like DHL, EMS, FEDEX,TNT,UPS, ARAMEX etc. Below is Estimate Arrive Time of each express to worldwide address:

DHL: around 4-6 working days

EMS: around 5-15 working days.

UPS/Fedex: around 4-8 working days.

ARAMEX: around 4-9 working days.

But DHL is the priority way, as it has strong custom clearance ability & good service. However, EMS would be only option for some countries like Russia, Ukraine, Belarus,Brazil, Chile etc. Delivery picture & tracking number will be offered as soon as we send it out.

All the parcel will be well packed to make sure that it’s not damaged during the transportation. However, if unfortnately it happened, pls send us pictures & videos once you received it, we will take care of it.


About Custom Clearance Issue

1. The FREIGHT COST PAID is the package freight ship to destination, not including TAX or VAT. You should pay import tax yourself.

2. If you request, usually we can write a lower price on the invoice to help you do custom clearance, as well as reduce your tax. But lower value invoice not means no tax.

3. Different country has different Tariff Threshold. You can contact your country custom to know more about import tax.


Remote Technique Support

1. If you bought laptop with scanners, the tool is prepared to work and you use it directly out of box.

2. If you just bought scanner with software CD/HDD/SSD, Pls prepared laptop with Window XP/Win7/Win10 Operation Systems. we will install & activate it for you via teamviewer/sunflower.

3. Pls take preparation as below:

  1. Pls download Teamviewer/Sunflower etc from www.teamviewer.com Install Personal Use version Teamviewer on your laptop.
  2. Sharing the ID & Password.
  3. Tell us the software location & keep laptop on( pls don’t let is auto sleep, turn off etc.)

I will arrange engineers to check it for you.


Warranty

We provide worldwide 12 months warranty, remote assistant and life-time after-sale service. Warranty starts from the day of you received parcel.

During the warranty time, if the scanner is not work propertly or you felt something wrong, don’t try to fix it yourself. Please inform us about the issue, take pictures or video to show it, we will solve it as soon as possible.

Our engineer working time from 9:00 -19:00 Monday to Saturday(GMT+8). To ensure scanner work correctly & reduce downtime, our engineer team will adjust time to solve your problem.
